eligibility requirements
As part of the Waiver Services program, the
following is offered:

Personal Care Attendant
Designed to meet the needs of consumers
whose disabilities render them unable to perform
certain independent tasks.

Supported Living
Designed to train mentally
retarded/developmentally disabled individuals in
the skills needed to live independently within
the community. Our consumers are offered a
variety of customized services/training relating
to their individual needs.
