At Louisiana Health and Rehab Center, it is our philosophy that every individual has worth, as well as the potential to achieve their goals if given the opportunity.

We believe that each individual can achieve more and reach a greater level of independence if challenged, encouraged and supported to the necessary extent. We know that challenge, support and encouragement leads to accomplishment.

Our Mission

To organize a team of well-trained professionals who are sensitive to the needs of and can facilitate programming for a variety of individuals who meet the admission criteria.

To provide a variety of services to mentally retarded or developmentally disabled individuals in a manner that is efficient and caring and addresses their individual needs for maintaining their highest level of independence.
