The Detoxification Center is the beginning phase of treatment for Alcohol or Drug (AOD) dependent clients.

We believe that recovery and redemption is possible through the 12-step program. We believe that the Louisiana Health and Rehab Detox Center is the starting link in the treatment chain leading to life's adjustments, sound mental health happiness and self-esteem. Detoxification is the first step in seeking treatment for drugs and alcohol use.

Our Goals

• Assist patients in remaining alcohol and drug free.
• Assist patients in gaining access to needed services.
• Assist in monitoring patient's progress to make necessary changes in his or her lifestyle.
• Educate patient in 12-step program.
• Assist patients in regaining dignity and possessing feelings of self-worth.
• Educate patients on the disease concept of alcohol and drugs.
• Prevent habitual relapse.
• Assist families in drug education and support systems.
• Provide clients with inpatient resources.
