Staff members of Reality House work with the women and children both individually and as part of a larger group. The staff's experience and compassion enable them to help the women and children of Reality House grow. Currently, the staff is comprised of the following:

• Program Director (Licensed Addiction Counselor)
• Program Coordinator (BCSAC with over 25 years experience)
• Substance Abuse Counselors
• Direct Care Staff
• Assistant Program Director
