The following Eligibility Requirements must be met in order to be accepted into the Planned Therapeutic Recreational Program:

• Children must be between the ages of 6 and 17, and active patients of Metropolitan Human Services District.
   
• Children are deemed severely mentally ill as defined by the New Orleans Mental Health Department.
